Chris Kaminski our 6’2†195 lbs Junior QB at South Lyon East HS in South Lyon Michigan Fridaylead his team to a first time ever win over South Lyon HS since its existence in the last 9 years.   He did it with a powerful personal performance on both sides of the ball. Offensively, Chris threw for 142 yards on 8 of 11 attempts for a 72% completion average and 2 TDs, but also contributed mightily on defense where he played corner back and picked off the South Lyon QB twice in the game for two personal turn overs.
The final score was South Lyon East 34 and South Lyon 27 so the changing of the guard has started with the game of football and next year we even expect a greater victory as our athletic and talented QB brings his game to his Senior year.  We are looking forward to a great camp season with Chris and can’t wait to see what unfolds for him as the Colleges start inviting him to campus. He has an excellent future in football and I am proud of what he has accomplished this year.
