Judah Holtzclaw 6’6†225 LBS 2020 QB Westerville Central HS Westerville Ohio put on an ariel attack like few have ever done Friday night when his Warhawks invaded Westland HS of Columbus, Ohio.  From the first drive, that was just a glimpse of what was to come, Judah and his WRS put on a show with the first TD coming with a 30 yard pass from Holtzclaw to MJ Davisdown the right side line.   Shortly, the fine Junior running back Michael Ross took a hand off from Judah and took it to the house from 15 yards out.   Michael also added a 66 yard TD in the second half after the game was well out of reach.

Next came a 45 yard go route to Luke Swaney 6’4†210 LBS WR who burned the secondary of Westland and caught a perfectly thrown ball by Holtzclaw that made Swaney stretch those long arms as far as he could as the ball settled into his fingertips and he caught it as his feet crossed the goal line.  No sooner said, than they did it again, with Swaney catching a 32 yard TD that Judah high pointed perfectly in the right end zone.  Tommy O’Halloran the Senior slot caught the next one with Judah being patient looking in the middle of the field and then turning to the right to get Tommy with an out for 14 more yards and another TD.

Now if you think this isn’t all being done with speed, the score is 33 to 0 and they have just finished the FIRST QUARTER.  The Warhawks needed one play in the second Quarter to make the score 40 to 0and that came when Kyle Denny another Senior WR caught a 12 yard dig from Judahas he escaped to the right and threw a blazing rocket on the back line of the end zone and that that was all she wrote for the starters.   Too bad Judah could not have played just long enough to break the record of  7 TDS in one game for all time QB production.

Judah  finished a superb night (one Quarter and one play) going 7 for 9 with a 77.8%completion average and 5 TD passes and a total of 177 yards passing.   Not bad for 1/4 of a game.

This was Judah’s best performance this year as he moved his feet with Pro type precision and looked off the defense and delivered his missile type balls with great accuracy.    Final score  56 to 7.   Next in line are the New Albany Eagles and then into the State playoffs.  Watch highlights from this game here:  http://www.hudl.com/v/2EH0Fu
