Daniel Cole keeps rolling as one of the very top QBS in the State of Ohio. We were discussing last week after leading the state in total yards with over 1200 that I thought he needed to work on his completion percentage to put him in the elite status in the state. He is one of these guys that you don’t have to ask twice. So, last Friday night he not only BREAKS THE LONG-STANDING RECORD for Bath HS in Lima, Ohio, of completions in a single game with 32 by beating the old record of 31. He does it, by going 32 of 39 for a State leading 82 % completion for the night and ending up with 317 yards passing and 3 TDS plus another 30 yards rushing and 1 TD. That puts him at 1599 total yards in just 4 games. 2nd in the State by only 10 yards to the Worthington Kilbourne QB.
I might remind you, this is Daniel’s first year of playing QB and has been Studying with Coach Sink for only about 9 months. So, you need to take the time to come to Lima Ohio on a Friday night and watch this young man as he is a super talent and his upside is in the ionosphere and is certainly worth following. I believe his team coached by Frank Russell is about to hit their stride and make some real noise in Northwest Ohio. Their QB Daniel Cole will be leading the charge, Coach Sink
