Freshman Braden Fleharty Throws with College and NFL guys.

One of my newest QBS Freshman Braden Fleharty from Bath HS in Lima, Ohio, got an extra kick in his workout at the beautiful Bo Jackson center in Hilliard Ohio Sunday night.  Several of Sink’s QBS have been enjoying this great facility the last few months.

In the above picture left to right is Isaiah Healy an outstanding college bound WR, who had a excellent career in high school as one of Sink’s QBS.  Isaiah is a 4.5 speedster who is going to be great on the next level.   Next in line is Braden’s center Reese who got in plenty of snaps during the workout.   Braden is the tall young QB prospect standing in the center that is headed to Greg Brookey’s Best of the Midwest Elite Camp in Indianapolis this Sunday to perform for all the recruiting organizations and many top coaches. Sink is next, and then Dalton a Freshman WR, also from Bath HS who worked hard on his skills and will be catching some of those dynamite throws Braden will be delivering. Last but certainly not least, is Jared Drake who is headed to Phoenix Saturday to perform in the long snapping combine for all 32 NFL teams, as well as the Pro Day at OSU.  Jared is also a prime example of what you look like when you are headed to try out for NFL.

Jared brought up after the session that it was his 10 year anniversary with Coach Sink, and after some more discussion he reminded Sink that since 2011 through 2019, Coach Sink has not failed, to have at least one First Team All-State QB in the State of Ohio of which Jared was one of the Star members.  Jared Drake was also 2014 Offensive Player of the year at Westerville Central while playing for HOF Head Coach, John Magistro.   Coach Sink has been blessed to have some great talent and Jared Drake was certainly one of the best ever.

Braden will not be the only Freshman QB headed to Indianapolis this week, so will Brody Parsley from Central Crossing and he is going to turn heads as he has been improving by the session.   Coach Sink will be coaching the camp again this year and we believe that to be the 5th or 6th time he has coached for Greg Brookey’s Hi-profile camp.  This is the most prestigious spring camp anywhere in the Midwest.  Sink has 2 more QBS and too many WRS to list, attending.  One is a Senior QB from Mt. Vernon HS, Brittian Long, who has had a long hard battle but has really become an excellent QB by having tenacity second to none to accomplish his goals.   The other is 2nd team All State QB, Judah Holtzclaw, the outstanding Westerville Central HS QB that is getting National attention and has visited Clemson and LSU along with many others.  We certainly are going to enjoy the performances of some top talent in this camp.
