BLAKE HORVATH NAMED THE WINNER OF THE MILITARY SERVICE ACADEMY LEADERSHIP AWARD BY THE MAXWELL FOOTBALL CLUB 2026
Another award for our most decorated Navy Football Star, QB Blake Horvath. This one is the prestigious Academy Leadership Award presented by the Maxwell Football Club that has been going since 1935. What an honor to add to the multitude of Trophies won by Blake for a sensational Senior Year. Navy produced back-to-back 10-win seasons for the first time in school history, went 11–2 in 2025 to tie the program record for wins in a season, and posted a 21–5 mark under HC Brian Newberry over the last two years while winning it’s two Bowl Games. One over Oklahoma and the other over Cincinnati where the MVP of the game was Blake Horvath. Way to go Blake Coach Sink
