Holtzclaw, Swaney and Ross Annihilate New Albany 42 to 7

Two football players are playing on a field.

Three of the Westerville Central Warhawks from Westerville, Ohio did most of the damage Friday as they racked up another one sided victory by beating the Eagles of New Albany 42 to 7.  The only thing about this game was Westerville Central did not put their opponent away in the first Quarter as they have been for the last three weeks.   First Quarter ended in a 0 to 0 tie.

Then Judah Holtzclaw my Nationally Elite QB at 6’6†and 225 LBS and  got his team rolling and after Michael Ross had an excellent 39 yard run they scored quickly and it was 7 to 0 Warhawks, The defense did their part too, with ML Zeek Healyplaying an outstanding game and the defensive backfield picked off the EaglesQBs 3 times.  Judah and 6’4†200 LBS  Luke Swaney then started teaming up with a 21 yard completion after Judah looked to the left where he had trips and then quickly reversed his feet and hit Swaney with a 15 yard laser out.  Judah rolled out on the next play and threw one of his famous rockets on the run just in time for Swaney to catch another first down.

Judah then showed his awesome athleticism, as a low snap made him have to dig it off the turf, scoop up and then take it to the house from 12 yards out to make the score 21 to 0.   Now if you blinked twice you would have missed Judah with a quick roll out and sit down to the talented Jason Robertson who kept both feet inbounds as he squeezed the pig skin for 17 more yards. Holtzclaw then dropped back and found Jason again for a back shoulder perfectly placed ball at the front pylon for another Warhawk TD 28 to 0.

In the third Quarter  the score 28 to 7, Judah found Luke Swaney again with a forced roll out and Swaney went up high to rip it away for the 21 yard catch. Judahagain was pushed out of the pocket but made another deep throw to Swaney who was run out at the 2 yard line. Warhawksstuck it in and it was 35 to 7.   But, they weren’t quite done yet, on the next drive Judah slipped out to the left did a beautiful job with his feet and rifled a ball back to Michael Ross who was on a swing route out of the backfield to the right, he caught it on the run and run he did.  35 yards down the right side line and straight into the end zone.  That was it 42 to 7.

Judah Holtzclaw was 19 for 27 with a 70 % completion average on the night in 3 Quarters. He had 234 yards passing 0 INTS and 2 TDS and 2 TDs rushing.  Ross had 133 yards rushing and 2 TDS and Swaney caught 8 balls for 114 yards with a 14.3yard per catch average.  Judah Holtzclaw was the Player of the Game and well deserved it was, for the 3rd week in a row.  Playoffs are next after a week off.   Watch Judah’s highlight from this game here: http://www.hudl.com/v/2ELGPg
