Lucas Pierce my 6’4†195 lbs. WR was just named Back of the year in 2017 by his coaches at Newark Catholic HS in Newark Ohio. Head Coach Bill Franks is looking forward to having Lucas for one more year and will be a big key in the success of this storied program next year.   Lucas already has been to U of Kentucky and Louisville as both schools have major interest in him playing for them. Really proud of Lucas as he has spectacular athletic ability and gaining speed daily as he plays basketball for the Green Wave and continues to work out with the former OSU and NFL star Reggie Germany, who is one of the top speed and agility guys in the Midwest.  Can’t wait for next year and football at Catholic.
