In my opinion (after 26 years of coaching QBS and WRS) the most prestigious and best run camp in the country is the Ohio State University Camp. So if you want to be the best you must compete and beat the Best. Coach Ed Terwilliger, and Coach Tim Hinton, plus several more cohorts run and organize four Camps with hundreds of prospects from all over the Nation and literally the best of the best show up. Of course, HC Ryan Day has his eye on everything that happens so professionally run is always the criteria.
Also, from my perspective probably the top young QB coach in the US is Billy Fessler the OSU QB Coach. I make this statement because I was trained watching Shaun Watson HC at Wofford College and the fabulous Tom Martinez (Tom Brady’s private coach from the time Tom was 12 until Martinez passed away in 2012) coach the Brady (Burrow, Breese, Rogers, Allen, Mahomes, and Sayin + others) way of throwing and it isn’t often I find a young QB coach that has this figured out. Maybe this is more formation than you wanted to know but there is a huge difference in getting taught the proper way to throw and play QB and not just see how far someone can chuck it. If you have good mechanics and feet you will be the one who throws it the furthest with accuracy.
Daniel Cole my outstanding young, first-year playing QB has this foundation and he competed with the Best this summer. Not only was he competing with the best at OSU, he also attended camps at Ohio U, Indiana, Purdue, Louisville, and Michigan State. Every one of these schools had already offered or had a commit for 2027 but we went any way. Daniel wanted to know and so did I, how he stacked up. Wow, did he, He threw with accuracy, with power and velocity and depth of ball with any and all and in most cases better than most. He was regularly in the top 1, 3 or top 5 of the Elite QBS, so to say his future is bright is being conservative.
