First he was selected as the Ohio Capitol Conference SCHOLAR ATHLETE OF THE YEAR,   2ND the prestigiousGODFRY AWARD WINNER for 2021,  given in honor of the former Ohio Statestar and All Pro Ernie Godfry and his Foundation , and third but certainly not last, he was chosen  OFFENSVIE PLAYER OF THE YEAR in the Ohio Capitol Conference.
As we have already reported he is the All-Time Touchdown leader for his career at Hillard Darby, which stands at 45 but he is not done yet as he ads to that total every game he plays in the state Playoffs.
I am almost sure he also is not done yet receiving awards but what a Senior year.  So proud of this young man Blake Horvath, and we all look forward to seeing him play college ball.Â
