Sink just returned back from an outstanding session with another new Freshman QB and his receivers.  Alex Lambert QB from South Point HS in South Point, Ohio and a young group of his receivers are pictured above with Coach Sink on their beautiful football field located as the name depicts, at the southernmost tip of the Buckeye state.  This High Schools is in the corner of Ohio and just across the river from West Virginia and Kentucky.
It was a perfect Day at 82 degrees and a slight breeze as Coach Sink is in the midst of rehabbing after a small stroke just 5 weeks ago, but the session looked like anything but a rehab, as these “Pointersâ€Â brought all the had all day for 2 solid hours and made big strides on their first of many steps in becoming the best they can be.  Pictured left to right Is Luke TE,Maddox WR, “Sinkâ€, Alex Lambert Freshman QB, Brandon RB, and Austin WR.
Coach Sink commented very positively  about all the kids and is excited to ad Alex to a growing number of what just might be the greatest group of young Freshman QBs he has ever had.  “ He looks to be very athletic, has good speed, and will develop into another accurate thrower with great deep ball capabilitiesâ€, Sink said, “ and that is after just one outing of looking at him.â€Â  Now, it is up to Alex to do the work, but if he does, look out for this Freshman down on the river in southern Ohio.    Fun day was had by all these young “Pointersâ€Â from South Point.
