Louisville QB Camp Big Success

Just got home last night after 3 intense days of QB coaching at the U of Louisville’s beautiful facilities.  Head Coach Bobby Petrino and son Nick and staff put on a very informative and fun camp for all the QBs from the Coach Sink group of outstanding young athletes.

Pictured above bottom row L to R: Joey Landusky Granview Hts HS, Kaleb Jarret Newark HS, Aidan Healy Hilliard Bradley HS, Jaxon Gregory Mt. Vernon HS.

Top row l to R: Jakob Lewis Licking Valley HS, Josh Stewart Worthington Kilbourne HS, Lucas Pierce Newark Catholic HS, Coach Sink, Jacob Woods Westerville North HS, QB Coach Nick Petrino U of Louisville, and Mark Waid Girard HS.

Aidan Healy won  one of the QB challenges during the week and , Jacob Woods & Jaxon Gregory won 2 of the QB challenges and Kaleb Jarret blew out the camp record for the challenges and hit 24 points and ended his competition with three straight 35 yard fades in the corner of the end zone into the small baskets.   Several of the other guys were no worse than 1 point off the winners.

By the end of the camp all the guys were dreaming up indoor arenas and major facilities for Coach Sink and of course for them as their future in coaching this fabulous sport of Football.

I couldn’t have been more proud of my guys then I was of this group.  I am blessed to have an incredible group of fine young men and my dream and prayer is that they all stay on the course they are on heading forward, for if they do, they will be great contributors to our needed society.
