The number one passer for the entire Youngstown/ Warren football rich section of Ohio last week was none other than our FRESHMAN QB Mark Waid. This 6’1†190 pounder put up 224 yards threw the air while completing 13 of 17 attempts and 2 TDs. Collin Harden his stable mate and outstanding young Sophomore Receiver caught the 2 TDs, one for 50 yards and one for 65 yards and that put him as the number 1 Receiver in the region for last week.
These guys have a great future and so does Girard High School Football and Coach Pearson is excited about the next few years. Congratulations to 2 of our super young students.
