39 to 23 was the final Friday as the Westerville Central Warhawks were lead again by their outstanding senior QB Gavin Lyon and RB Bennie Snell  defeated Canal Winchester.  Bennie is already committed to Kentucky and Gavin to OSU for baseball, but maybe some other great school for football. J Gavin threw for 234 yards and 2 TDs and then rushed for 14 yards for one more TD. Bennie had another superb night with 178 yards rushing 3 TDs and caught 70 yards of Gavin’s passes.  Another awesome performance by both of these young men.
Westerville Central heads to Hilliard Bradley to face the awesome Will Phillis at QB, and 2 outstanding receivers in Derek Dunnagan and Kory Taylor and even though Hilliard Bradley has had 2 losses this should be an excellent match up.
