Josh Stewart my fabulous Senior QB at Hilliard Bradley HS in Hilliard Ohio and his Jaguars put it to  Kettering Fairmont with a final score of 49 to 14 Friday on a brisk fall night. Fairmont started off quickly by scoring a TD in the first 5 minutes of the game but Bradley came right back as Josh Stewart engineered one of his now, famous drives and Grant Buelh his athletic Senior running back put it in the end zone to tie the score at 7 apiece.  Fairmont was not impressed, but they were soon to be, as they put up another TD by moving the ball right down the field on the Jaguars defensive unit who had not quite figured out that wing T sweep.  To Fairmont’s dismay, and I am sure they did not realize it at the time, that would be the last time they would even get a sniff at the Bradley end zone.
Josh Stewart and company now took over, rolling up 42 straight points with a barrage of Rocket’s by Stewart mixed with a perfect amount of running by both Jack Richards and Buehl.  Mike Owens OC got on a roll calling plays for Mike Laparo’s #5 team in the State.  The first TD went to the outstanding WR Daevon Anderson, who had a stellar night, catching a 42 yarder from Stewart to tie the score again at 14 to 14. Then the game turned into a Jaguar Rout.   Jack Richards ran one in from 1 yard out, then it was Josh’s turn to light up the sky again in the 3rd quarter hitting his mutli-offered D1 receiver Kory Taylor for a 9 yard fade up high in the back of the end zone. Score 28 to 14.
Richards then got his 2nd TD of the night from 6 yards out and  Buehl  got his 2nd as well from 10 yards. Now it is Bradley 42 Fairmont 14.  Josh Stewart wasn’t finished quite yet. He dropped 3 closed 1 and let it go from the 43 yard line and dropped it in the back of the end zone for a blazing Daevon Anderson who caught it with perfect form, hands out stretched, pinkie’s together, for a spectacular catch at the left back pylon. That did it!!!   Bradley 49 and Fairmont 14.
Josh Stewart finished the night 16 of 21 passing for 200 yards and 3 TDS and a completion average of 76.19%  and an incredible QB rating of 144.8 for the evening and Daevon Anderson ended his night with 6 receptions for 122 yards and a 20.3 yard per catch average and 2 TDS.  I must mention Trey Warner as this Junior had a great night returning punts and kick offs and gave Bradley a short field to work most of the night. One of the most improved players in the state this year and an integral part of the Jaguars team. All of the guys in this article have been Coach Sink regular work out participants and have been an awesome group to Coach.
Bradley Jaguars take on the Pickerington Central Tigers Friday.   GO Bradley Beat Pick Central!!!!!  Congratulations to Head Coach Mike Laparo on a fabulous 2017 season so far 11-0.
