Matt Carlisle my 6’4″ 225 lbs QB playing at American River JUCO in Sacramento, Calif. for Head Coach John Osterhaut, was home for about 3 weeks and averaged about 4 sessions per week as he is a Football junkie. I mean this in the best sort of way, as he is always asking what sessions I have and will say, “Can I tag along and help your guys in any way on any of your sessions coming up?” I usually oblige him especially with my very good QBS as Matt knows exactly how to play the position and his throwing mechanics have become almost perfect and in addition, he can teach it like someone many years older than him. He would be a great asset to any top flite QB room. In this picture we had just finished a long session on going through reads and delivering the ball on the final read with great velocity and accuracy and Matt was sensational. This was yesterday and one day from flying back to California today.

We figured out from the session above that Anthony Dry, shown on the left in the picture above caught over 1000 balls from Matt Carlisle in the last 4 sessions so do you think he is going to be ready to light up his conference with catches this fall? Man is he getting good. Newark Catholic HS in Newark Ohio has a WR to be reckoned with coming season.

A great wat to start the day at 9 am with a workout at the beautiful Dennison University Field in Granville Ohio, with some awesome football talent.
