Will Phillis does it again for Bradley

A man and boy standing on top of a field.

Will Phillis Junior QB at Hilliard Bradley’s stock is Rising.   9 minutes left in the 4th quarter Friday night found the Bradley Jaguars down by 14 points to Dublin Scioto.   That was just before Will Phillis decided not to lose this game.   He took the team down the field firing that big gun of his and put the ball in the back of the end zone to his awesome young Sophomore receiver Kory Taylor.  The 6’4†wide out was stretched out to make the catch only he could get, on top of the back pylon, and where no defensive back could make the play.

Still down by 7 with 3:12 left Will does it again, throwing another one to Kory of 4 TDs he threw for night, and now the score is tied.  Will engineered one more drive that ended in the 43 yard game winning field goal as time expired.   Bradley wins 34 to 31.  Will ended the night with 277 yards passing on 27 completions on 49 attempts.

Time and time again we have watched as Will has a history of these game winning late drives for victories.   I am sure for one, that this is not the last but just a glimpse of his future record setting game winning drives.  This big 6’4†220 lbs. athletic QB will be doing this for many years to come.   Go Will !!!   Determination and Intensity not found in many athletes his age.
